Lunar, a singer-songwriter who moved to Tokyo from the countryside, is searching for her girlfriend Yui, who she hasn't heard from in over six months. Feeling anxious, she reunites with her best friend, drummer Mei, in a back alley in Shibuya.
"She was the first person in Tokyo to complete a song." Supported by their passionate friendship, the two share a soulful "session" behind the scenes at the live music venue. LUNAR savored the joy of performing, but faced the harsh reality of spending his nights in an internet cafe, he was tormented by loneliness and his feelings for Yui.
The next morning, Lunar stumbles upon a cafe called "Fuurin" and takes up the courage to apply for a live-in part-time job. This is the story of a man who, chasing the shadow of his missing lover and drawing strength from his strong bond with his friends, decides to take his first steps towards survival in the city of Tokyo.
